First and most important advantage is that we give you full land rights. Which means you can deed land to your own groups, access to all land setting like dividing land, terraforming,  land ban option, media setting, damage on/off etc...

It is like owning your own land. You are even allowed to sub-rent the land, or build houses to rent them out. All this is no problem, but you will be responsible to take care of your own renters and people, and rent payment to us.

Full land rights is unlike other offers you find in secondlife, were you need to be member of a group from which you get only limited rights and options.

Renting land with us does not require you to have a premium account.

Renting a Sim with us, you get the most you can get anywere. We give you full land rights combined with estatemanager rights!

This allows you to manage the sim completely in all aspects.

With Estatemanager rights, you can reboot the sim, check script usages, adjust all sim options and settings, change ground texture, terravorm, divide land, Sim wide bans, allow or block flying etc...

We also allow you to subrent land. We give you complete freedom for your pleasure or business.

You do not need a premium account to rent sims from us.
